You have 30 days to return items in original, unworn condition. Clearance items and thongs/swim thongs are not returnable. Return shipping is at the customer’s cost. Customers in Australia, the US and New Zealand can purchase return labels through our portal. Exchanges are only available for Australian orders. Please keep your tracking number—lost parcels are the sender’s responsibility.
